Prompt; timely; clean and tidy; efficient service. Courteous and friendly driver. Kept well informed about taxi's arrival via text messages.
Fantastic service used This company for our 3am taxi to and from East Midlands airport stress free.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Never answer the phone. So booked online. Only for the next day to cancel both bookings I made with no explanation and not answering the phone.
I would also leave less than one star. We ordered a taxi with your company several weeks ahead to take us to the airport on Saturday and you confirmed the time, date and cost with me. However no one turned up and as it was an early pick up (4.30 am) we had little chance to order another one from another taxi company. So we had no choice but to drive ourselves and luckily managed to find parking at the airport, but this was not the start we wanted for our holiday. I will never use this company again. Very poor customer service!
