Shelters on each platform, ticket machine on the Carlisle bound side, some free parking available on the approaching lane, and a footbridge running alongside the viaduct giving views of the river and valley.

An attractive traditional railway station on the scenic Tyne Valley Line. Steam trains including 60103 Flying Scotsman pass through from time to time.
Lovely little station, located right next to the wonderful Wetheral Viaduct, which offers stunning views out over the River Eden. Just outside of the station are stairs down to the public footpath down the riverbank which affords even more beautiful views.
Peaceful.
Quaint rural rail station with access to Wetheral and also Great Corby as there is a footpath over the Wetheral viaduct.
