Dealt with Westwood twice. The first, I was looking for a van for delivery work. I had to book two days off non stop calling companies for van hire, every single company I called proved immensely difficult and refused service for many reasons, my age, using the van for courier work, the length of time in which I wanted to rent the van, the list goes on. As soon as I got through to Westwood all these problems were no longer. The second encounter I had with Westwood was today, I wanted to swap my van for one that fit my needs better. Simple as a call at 3pm a drive down to collect the van an hour later hassle free. Both experiences, better than Impeccable service, fast, friendly and very informative. It is very clear they are willing to offer their services to a wide range of people and their needs unlike other competitors I spoke to prior. The experience when you are at Westwood motors is no different greeted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming team. Bethan, who I have had the most experience with is an absolute credit to the the company. *Six stars*

I am more than happy to recommend Westwood Motor Group’s services after hiring a Ford Transit Custom van from them last weekend. Firstly, I was very impressed by their Google reviews and everyone with whom I spoke at Westwood was very friendly, courteous and professional. My entire experience was a very pleasant one. Nichola, who handled my telephone enquiry, was very helpful in finding me the right van for my needs and the price I was quoted for the brand new, low mileage Transit was excellent value. Bethan handled my collection and return of the van very efficiently and Matthew showed me around the van, which was immaculate, to help me familiarise myself with all the main controls, etc. Last but not least, the Ford Transit has come a long way. The addition of a bulkhead to separate the cabin from the rear has reduced road noise significantly. Driving the Transit 400 miles over the weekend was a dream. It was comfortable, very economical, it has DAB radio, two lots of power and USB charging points, lots of cup and bottle holders, etc. When fully loaded it handled every turn and roundabout very smoothly. I miss it already! Thank you Westwood.

A massive thank you to Danny and Westwood Motor Group for supplying us with our new van which we are thrilled with! I’m not normally one to leave a review for standard or sub-par service and on this occasion I’m pleased to say that the levels of service I received from this business were absolutely superb!! I was unable to collect my van on the date specified so Danny said he would try to find a resolution, he informed me that he was sending a driver to collect me from my home and made all the relevant arrangements for me to collect my vehicle a day early, what can I say outstanding!!! This is a business that truly understands the art of customer service and is genuinely at the forefront of everything they do. Danny who is the business manager made the whole process seamless and simple, he is definitely an asset to the company. His personal and professional approach was very refreshing and showed a genuine interest in the needs of my business! I cannot recommend these guys enough and I will definitely be going back to them when we’re ready for our next vehicle.. Thank you again Westwood!! Adam

Wow what an amazing place! Bethan you are an absolute star. After months of trying to source vans for a brand new business and being either refused or let down we came across you. Nothing was too much trouble and from enquiry to collection was a few days. Everyone is so upbeat, friendly and very helpful. Can't rate this place highly enough! Started a about 10 days or so ago once a date was set and I knew I needed a van. A quick glance at the website (which is easy enough to navigate) to find the van the suited my needs. I decided on a Luton van. One phone call to book and check availability (personal choice), all emails quickly answered when I forgot to enquire about something on the phone. Went down this morning and was greeted by Bethan on reception, and whom I had been dealing with. She was really friendly and ran through all relevant paperwork and information quickly and efficiently. Always good to be greeted by a nice person! The office was as covid secure as humanely possible, the van was in great condition, both to drive and cleanliness. And the price in my opinion is fantastic. All in all a wonderful experience and will definitely have my custom in the future!
