Always polite, punctual and reliable. Good value too, and can pay cash or card, very handy. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for your service. It was the end of a long day and the taxi arrived on time with a pleasant friendly driver. On arrival at home I found I had list my phone. I rang my cab who promptly rang their driver Rival and promised to call me. Within 30 minutes my phone was dropped off to me at home. Such friendly people and absolutely amazing customer care. Definitely recommend. Very many thanks.
Professional and always on time. The new \updated\ app is bit tricky at first, but easy to use when you get the hang of it. Drivers are courteous and honest
Since moving here this taxi firm has been the best one I have used. Being new to the area 2 years ago i tried a few. Westside Taxis can not be beaten on quality, time keeping and great workers. I do not know the name of the lady who usually answers the phone. But she is always pleasant and polite. Nothing is too much trouble for the customers. If you want a First Class Service then you need to look no further.
Professional, great customer journey everytime. Compassionate nothing is too much. Will facilitate driver asap, you are late they dispatch a driver as soon as possible. Great work ethic..will always recommended to all. Great that you can pay via the app, or sometimes in the cab, or book on line. Amazing flexibility and always remember your name as a regular customer. I thank you Westside only been here for a year but you have always helped me. All the best for your New Year ahead. Fiona
