We ordered a new Designer Door in August 2019 but when it was supplied it had the wrong gazing. The lock was faulty and so were replacements. We could not use the door all during Christmas. A replacement door was also wrong and not fitted. The final door was fitted in February 2020. There have been no apologies for the inconvenience, no reduction in the price (2850) and no customer care. There has been very little communication on their part. We have only just been told about the guarantees - in July 2020 - but only after I took advice from WHICH? Legal Services. Please bear this in mind.
