Really, really low amount of meat. Literally nowhere in Philly do they not give you 2-3x more meat than this when you order extra. Shame on you South Philly Cheese steaks. You're frauds.

I love South Philly. After 3 years of living out east and everyone recommending genos ( which was the worst Philly I've ever had ) im happy to be home. The girl with the pink hair was doing ALL of the work. Literally all of it. Give her a raise

Used to love this place. Got a large works and fries tonight. They don’t do it like they used to. I got more bread than meat and they used to load them up. Think I got the bottom of the fry bin too. Most of them were crunchy. Way overcooked and only had a few that could be called fries. Almost all of them were about an inch long. Like I said they used to give you a huge sandwich. Just spent 16. I guess I should have ordered 2 and told them to put all the meat on one and keep the other bread. Could barely eat a whole one before.

I'm not one to write reviews very often but I had eaten here about six months ago and it was okay, got a large Philly onion rings and mozzarella sticks tonight and they were terrible. Very little meat on the sandwich and what was there was gray and terrible. They also clearly haven't changed the fryer oil in a while. The mozzarella sticks werr the only somewhat redeeming quality about the experience, definitely not going back.

Bought 3 large sandwiches all of them barely had any meat or toppings. The green chile in my sandwhich was crunchy, not cooked or prepared, GROSS. Bought a basket of fries which came in a brown paper bag. The fries were very old, dark and dry. This was my first time here and I am very disappointed. Had I known that my food was prepared this way I would not have paid or left a tip. Very very disappointed. Update: Amber (New Manager) refunded my money and I am thankful for that. I really hope that she can turn this place around because who doesn't want a good Philly Cheese Steak?
