Easy pick-up. Pick-up discount made product prices very competitive.

Y'all were out of a whole bunch of fish care items (7) but staff was helpful and I like the store layout and ease of shopping and checkout (10)
I chose Petco grooming because their prices are very reasonable. We were lucky to have Brandy as our groomer. She was very sweet, patient and kind to Foster. He looked great and smelled so good. I know he liked Brandy because he actually nuzzled her before we left, which he has never done before!! Thank you, we'll be back!
Always helpful, friendly staff!
I like certain items from this store but some of the workers attitudes are horrible. They are very condescending and rude. I get things from here, that I can only purchase from this store (but usually order online unless I cannot wait) but I go to other pet store chains for my other pet item needs. They need better customer service training! I gave 2 stars because some of the workers are really nice and because some of the items they carry are better then other companies.
