Really liked the White wine once we got it, very disappointed in the service, every table around us was well-served and had a carafe full of water, we spent plenty of money and I being the only “correctly” pigmented person in the party had to hunt down the multitude of servers (there must have been more than ten staff, more than one for each party present, in the building while we all enjoyed the beautiful weather and atmosphere) in order to order wine and food, not to mention serving myself and family water from the cooler that stopped working, we were not asked if we desired water or wine after the first time we ordered. Really wish the service was better, and word to the wise: don’t order the gluten free pizza!

Beautiful venue, wine, live music and now PIZZA!! All of the pizzas are good but I highly recommend the peach, it's different and delicious! Also, love that they have adult only seating areas and great social distancing policies in place.

I used to LOVE coming to Westminster winery! The wine is great and the food is delicious. Typically we would bring a cooler of snacks (mostly for the kids) and end up ordering pizza after a bottle or two of wine. I recently came back and was told we could no longer bring in outside food. I feel as if the new rules are pulling the winery away from the "family friendly" atmosphere it gave off before. As a parent with toddlers, it's pretty upsetting to not be able to bring snacks in for my own kids.

I discovered Old Westminster Winery thanks to a lovely tasting menu at Frederick's Volt Restaurant in February 2020. Shortly thereafter the world shut down and the folks at Old Westminster pivoted and adapted to the "new normal" by offering online ordering and local delivery. I was thrilled at how easy and quickly I was able to have wine delivered to my front door. I am bottle club member and I must say, it's worth it. For over a year now, I've been enjoying wines from Old Westminster on a regular basis and visiting the farm when possible. I love dry wines and so far nothing at Old Westminster has been a disappointment. Thank you so much for all you do!

We recently moved into the area and were excited for an outdoor dining setting. We were disappointed to be sat between two barking dogs. Our picnic table also had an umbrella that was not secured into the ground and almost lifted up out of our table. We were further disappointed with the lack of check ins from our server and subsequently being charged for a soda we did not order. We even reviewed our order right before paying stating exactly what we had which could be clearly seen on the table. Like I said we were really hoping to enjoy our first experience here. Not sure when we will be back to give it another try.

My friends and I decided to try this place and it will definitely be added to our list of favorite wineries to visit. The venue is beautiful and the wine is delicious. Lovely tasting room and a ton of outdoor space. They have food vendors there with different offerings. I like the fact that the vendors are local and I believe the wines are all made from grapes grown in Maryland. A great way to support the small businesses in the area. I will certainly be back!!

We really enjoyed our visit. Good wine and excellent pizza and such a great outdoor option. It's pricey so be prepared to pay "Disney prices" as my husband put it.
