Yes, I do recommend this place if anyone needs a set of karaoke system. Me and my girlfriend we love it so much that she won’t stop singing. The sound is great and there’s no static. Anh My also is a great guy. He helped us explaining to us since we are first timers. And of course Quynh is an expert and very knowledgeable on karaoke system. Whatever you need just ask her and she will show you the best that you need. It’s a First Come First Serve Basis. Thank you em Quynh for a great hookup and discount on the set.

Come here on weekend to shop for a karaoke system for my dad's birthday party. Very beautiful karaoke store, they have a lot of karaoke systems with many different prices, they also offer a free installation for me. Love it. Highly recommend

Wow, this is the best karaoke store that I have been. They have a lot of karaoke system ranging from 999 up to 4000 a System. We bought 999 one and their quality sounds amazing. It’s even sounds better than the karaoke system at my friend’s house. Their staffs are friendly and very helpful. Best karaoke store in town

Updated 4/5/2020 After the initial nightmare that we had to go through, owner has been working to accomodate our exchanges and provided over the phone help and cables to help fix our set up. While it was not perfect, the fix does deserve an updated review We purchased a system well over 3k within an hour of visiting the store. They told us they have been in business very long and even said they have a second location on Euclid. Promise free installation with the equipments we had purchased and also said if something doesnt fit right we can exchange. Long story short, the delivery guy just dropped the stuff, have us some basic information on how to use it and took off. Luckily we have a brother in law that understands how to install and got everything set up. Once installed it works but the speakers and amp were a little bit bigger than our cabinet so we called and asked if we can exchange for something smaller to make it fit. They said any exchange is a 30% restocking fee, this was never once mentioned and no where stated on the receipt. The gal who sold it to us gave me her cell and I tried to call her with no luck. We told them we are okay with 10 percent restocking but they want 30 %. I would imagine their other locations in Euclid location has this same shady business practice. Be aware but look elsewhere for your karaoke business.
