We have had a great experience with Atlantic Blue and their water treatment system. Today per my request they flushed our hot water heater. As expected another job well done. On time, knowledgeable, and completed the job quickly.

** UPDATE ** After some miscommunication about follow up appointments, and a missed promise from the install tech - I feel much better about this company. I had a tech follow up this past Friday, and he returned on Monday to work on my water chemistry. This isn't just to solve a short term problem, but to make sure that the chemical supply lasts for a reasonable amount of time before a service is required. I am happy with their work and the amount of time they spent to make things right. ************** Unlike a restaurant or a retail store, I don't have a lot to compare my experience with. I felt they were friendly and attentive. And prompt with their appointments, which is pleasant surprise. I know a decent amount about water chemistry and was happy to have my questions answered intelligently. The on site water test was good, produced expected results, and I worked with their sales rep to create a solution that would create a good long term solution. The installation went without a hitch. Whole house filter and a caustic barrel to move us away from highly acidic water. Also an RO system with re-mineralization. The installation tech said my system could use another gallon of caustic solution, but would be okay without. I expressed a desire for that last gallon, and he said he would make sure to bring by the next day. I assured him a special trip was not needed and if he could just stop by in the next week that would be fine. I never saw him again. I was also informed that there would be a 30 day checkup and water test. I have heard nothing from Atlantic Blue about this, and have heard nothing from them since the installation. I hope this is not indicative of our relationship moving forward. The system seems to operate well. But it will really take a while before I see the real benefits. Like not having to replace plumbing fixtures a few times a year.
We are in our first year living in a home on well water. As such, we wanted to make a habit our of getting our water tested for bacteria. Atlantic had high ratings and good reviews, so I called and got an appointment for the following day. Our service tech was Doug, and I can't praise his work and professionalism enough. He was courteous and informative. I learned a lot about my water and my options moving forward. Since water testing on a well is a must, I will be using Atlantic for this purpose into the future.
Their technicians moved my pH neutralizer from its spot on the floor. When I complained, they said, well the tiles are kinda broken anyway and snorted back a chuckle. They also removed a bypass from the neutralizer, and refused to replace it; said I don't need it because the piping acts as a bypass. They also left the unit unplugged... I will not trust this company again.
We were extremely happy with the service we received. Technician was here within an hour of our call. He was polite, knowledgeable. The job was done quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use your company again and will refer people to your company. Thank you. Michael Doyle
