Staff are always helpful friendly nothing is too much trouble. The dignity and respect they give is outstanding.residents always seem happy and cared for.the home has a welcoming feel that feels like home.can not fault the home and its staff at all.

I have worked here for nearly 6 years and enjoy doing my job looking after people with dementia.The home is friendly and homely staff work hard and show respect and dignity at all times.Staff engage well with all residents and their families always offering support to families in their difficult times.I would recommend our home as the care here is of high standard and nothing is too much for the staff.
Westleigh lodge is friendly warm atmosphere and i enjoy being a part of it.i have worked here for 6 years and each year gets better.staff give the best care and are very respectful to our residents.i wouldn't hesitate to have a member of my family here.
I am coming up to 15 yrs service at westleigh lodge my present role is nursing assistant i thoroughly enjoy my job and would recommend the home to anybody who was looking for their loved ones a home. All the staff are caring and helpful and show our residents the upmost respect. I would happily put a family member of.mine in westleigh lodge as the care is second to none.
My father was sent from a specialist hospital to westleigh lodge the Home is written up as a challenging behavioural unit specialist My father has dementia like most of the other service users. They sent him back to hospital after 4 days saying he was flashing his private parts Disgusting unprofessional and extremely humiliating for my poor father who has worked all of his life and now is being treated like a criminal no words can say the feeling between my family and an unexusable mis managed waste of our times make up your own minds but I feel it should be removed from the behavioural unit list
