A nice,cosy place situated in quiet environment with almost every item you need is kept available. owners are very friendly and helpful! I loved visiting this place for almost every week during my stay in Cleveland.

Hello and I just wanted to say that I have never been to this place before, but my friend got matei for me and ladoo for his son's wedding. Overall, the matei was good, but not the best that I have had. I can give them a benefit of a doubt, though, because it was a big order for a wedding, and I know that they have to make a lot at once. Nothing to say about customer service, because I did not go inside. If you are looking for better quality, go to Indian Grocers. It is a very good place, but this place is still pretty good.

I'm pretty disappointed. I've eaten ladoo and mitai from all over the world. As soon as I tasted theirs, I almost threw up. I'm not sure who paid these people to say \this is the best sweets in the world!\ (well, most of the reviews I see are 1 star or 2 star reviews) Trust me, coming from someone who is indian, this is not good. At least it's edible. I don't have anything to say about the customer service, because I just ordered it and left and I just said thanks have a good day and the person said \mmhmm\. I'm kind of scared to actually shop here, because their response on google to certain customers that were just voicing their opinion is pretty unprofessional, not to mention rude and unstructured. If you have strict rules, at least handle it a little nicer. Hello you asked me to show a picture of the proof I ate here? Here it is. Thank you for making me vomit on my grandma's sidewalk.

I am presently surprised by recent 1 star reviews. It seems most people have given 1 star review they have issue with social distancing and strict COVID shopping norms. Rimi’s follows strict rule how many people are allowed in the shop at one time and mask norms during COVID. I really appreciate this. It helps everybody to stay safe and healthy. They also offer curbside pickup now and the experience has been great. I have been shopping here for last 5 years and never had any issue.

The owner is the rudest person ever and Blaming on the Covid rules and it has nothing to do that. I would recommend Asian import in North Olmsted not to far from his store. Older people owns it and they will Appreciate your business.
