I can't praise Westfields Pet Cremation enough. Phil was brilliant and kept me informed every step of the way. It was a huge comfort to receive his call telling me he had collected Blaze from the vets as I felt he was in caring hands. I knew Blaze would be treated with dignity from Phil's compasionate manner. Thank you for making a devastating time a little more bearable.

Westfields pet crematorium recently cremated my much loved pony. Phil was accommodating towards my needs and was extremely professional and sympathetic. I would highly recommend Phil and he will treat your much loved pet with the respect it deserves.
Outstanding service from Paul. From the beginning to the very end result nothing was too much trouble. Lovely place also considering it's a crem for animals. It's lovely to be able to stay in a room with your little friend as long as you wanted and didn't feel pressured to leave.
“Excellent”..... is only one of the many words i could use to convey my thoughts about Phil and the service he provides. I found myself calling Phil on a Sunday as he is open 24hrs and from that first conversation i knew I’d found the right person to take care of my Blondi, my nine and a half year old female German Shepherd, even when i had to end the call abruptly as i was too upset to speak Phil remembered me the next day when i called back, now that is 5 star in itself. On the day Blondi passed to her next life Phil came and collected her, showed more than compassion, and when i asked him to be gentle with her he assured me he would be, it was very important i felt that i could trust somebody else with her. I collected Blondi the next day in her beautiful engraved casket, Phil again was the consummate professional, somebody that clearly cares about what he does, even though i was forcing back tears Phil understood and was extremely gracious in his manner. I have her home with me now and am able to talk to her, still with tears in my eyes, but i find comfort having her casket as some form of contact. I would like to thank Phil for helping Blondi and I in our time of need, there are simply not enough words i can use to praise Phil and the service he provided. Worthy of a 10 star credit as 5 is not enough.
Thank you so much for your care of Louis. He is home safe with us.
