Fantastic service from this company. Dealt with both Tim and Alan who were both patient and informative. They have a non pushy approach to sales so you never feel pressured. We went away after our first visit to compare prices. On returning we were offered a very favourable price on our chosen caravan, which was far superior to others we had viewed. Alan dealt with the sale and made it a pleasure. On collection he spent ages explaining the way things work as we were novices. We are now on our second holiday in our caravan and are delighted. Would highly recommend Westfield caravans who knock spots off their competitors.

Fantastic service. Very helpful staff. We took our Elddis caravan to Westfield, after having hassle dealing with another company who were taking months to process the warranty claim. Westfield were very helpful right from the start. They looked at our van and processed the claim quickly, then carried out the repair to the roof. The van came back clean and polished, and the roof is all fixed. Westfield provided a hassle free, helpful, efficient and friendly service. We will certainly use them again.
Upgraded our touring Caravan last Friday from Westfield caravans excellent service from Alan and all staff would recommend them as they seem to have the ability to make our purchase stress free. very happy .
