Nice little park, popular with joggers and dog walkers. Little pond (with the usual discarded traffic cone and shoe accessory). Play area is geared towards younger children and is open during lockdown, paddling pool is closed. The bowls club is also located there.

Great new play equipment, kept my grandson age 3 very amused for over an hour.
Lovely place to walk just having a new play area fitted tidy most of the time teenagers spoil it at night unfortunately
Very pleasant park, especially for dog walking. Tucked out of the way in the old part of the town. Parking usually available on nearby Community Centre but not much on street parking. Just wish that all dog walkers would clean up their dog's mess. They don't deserve to have a dog when they fail to clean up. It's not as if there are not enough bins
Very peaceful and an excellent place to take the children. Additionally, there is a snack bar in the main building, excellent value.
