Attend the shop every week to collect my prescription. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and polite. Cant fault at all.
My normal pharmacy weren't able to get my prescription in stock in time, but Western Elms Pharmacy already had the item. I showed up just before they closed (sorry!) to pick it up. The person I spoke to (possibly manager/owner?) was very nice and asked if we could pop across the road to my normal pharmacy to let them dispense it, so that the new owner (who's just finding his feet) wouldn't lose out on the custom by it. Very kind and considerate!
Very pleased with them, the guy John is a star. Wish they were open till a little late so I could go there after work.
Very efficient pharmacy, was in and out within 2 minutes from giving them my prescription. Friendly staff, nice shop interior and good range of medical items for sale
