Charged 700 for a job originally quoted as 185 without checking in advance. No apologies, nothing.
Great staff all round show room
An hour and three quarters waiting for a new tyre, normally very good service but today it was dire, told it would take 30 minutes not kept informed, distinct lack of information, after one and a half hours told it wasn't done on site but was done elsewhere !!!!!! I could have saved time and taken it myself, I missed an appointment because of the delay !!!!!!
