My tumble dryer quit working. I called up and he was out the next day. He took a good look at my dryer, and he couldn't fix it because the company who made the dryer had gone out of business long ago, and the drum wasn't manufactured anymore. Still, he was quick, professional and friendly, and there wasn't a call out charge. I'll be ringing again when my new-fangled machine inevitably gives out.
