Leah was very professional and helpful from start to end. Communication was great, and the company delivered on everything promised... and more. From my experience, I would highly recommend this company.
my Dad had arranged my brothers funeral, as I was completely unhappy with what he had planned , I wanted something different . I turned to Elaine and Simon and in such short notice they had piece together the most beautiful service that we both agreed on . They paid attention to finer detail , I was kept in the picture and always considered nothing was to much trouble . Elaine even manage to do a jaw dropping display of flowers and for my brothers coffin . On the day Simon was very contentive, guided us through everything , had very good mannerisms and respect , presented very way . From the bottom of my , I would highly recommend this company , for me to be so distraught because of what my dad had put in place and the little time Elaine and Simon had I’m out of words . I will always be great full no words can explain , thank you both and to everyone else , you made my brothers services , you made me extremely happy , and give that it was my brothers funeral I was attending I was really looking to going , thank you
Simon and Leah from West country Funeral services were amazing! My dad was having an unattended cremation due to covid regulations, so they did not know that I was going to turn up. When I did, Leah was walking ahead of the hearse as he arrived at the crematorium. I was blown away by the respect that was shown, even when they thought no knew was looking!
Just like to say a big thank you to Westcountry Funerals for their compassion and help they gave me from start to finish, Graeme and Elaine were so lovely and took a lot of pressure off of me, holding my hand all the way, i'll never forget you xx
At first my brothers funeral was not in my hands , as soon as I spoke to Elaine and expressed how I felt and how up set I was Elaine corespond between myself and this third person , Elaine sorted everything out making sure both sides were completely happy . Elaine and Simon has very short notice , but with a massive credit to them they organised a proper beautiful service for my brother . Arranging flowers to which were out of this worlds with the little time they had . They took the weight of me and litterly sorted and organised everything . On the day , Simon was there , informing us of what was going to happen , where we should go , we wouldn’t of coped with the day if it wasn’t for Simon being there the whole time . He gave you space , time , but he was only a stone throw away . Very well mannered , compassionate. Both Simon and Elaine did me proud , and my brother had such beautiful send of . I would like to thank everyone involved, I can’t express how great full I am . I would highly recommend using west country funeral service
