Lucy’s insights were both fascinating and practical. All her ideas were simple to implement and I’ve been amazed by the results. She offers so many different, effective things to try, which has made mealtimes much more relaxed and my child is definitely eating more already. I’d highly recommend engaging Lucy.

Wonderful session with Lucy. I knew it was time to start weaning but was a little nervous about knowing where to start as I had read so much and found different opinions on the best way. Lucy gave clear information and answered my questions which meant I left feeling confident and excited about the weaning journey. So far so good, thanks! Since the course I follow the group on facebook and find the thoughts, recipes, advice and comments from other parents really helpful.

Amazing course, Lucy is so welcoming and approachable. Had a lovely morning and learnt soooo much about weaning it put my mind completely at ease that I could feed my baby nutritious meals appropriate for her age!
