Excellent customer service. Called first as we live 45 mins away. Asked a question about Airbrush Compressors. Knowing the brands I was considering they had one of them in stock. They offered to set it aside until I arrived...made it clear I was under no obligation. Sure enough they had it set aside. I was also pleased to see they had a pretty decent and variety of plastic model kits in-stock (certainly more than those at are local chains) as well as building supplies/tools. Pricing was more than fair and best of all you get to see what you are getting in person so that alone is a huge plus. Judging from the number of patrons their selection of drones and RC vehicles was pretty good as well. Both gentlemen that helped me were running like crazy (it was crowded certainly helpful). I asked a couple questions regarding paint for a model I already had and they made great recommendations. They are tucked in off the main road in a strip of small businesses so keep your eyes open.
Walked into the shop on an exploratory mission with my 8 year old son. Thanks to the quality products, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff, we walked out with a new RC setup. We left feeling confident we had all the knowledge and equipment we needed to get started, and thrilled to know that this place will be there for us as we gain experience and look to dive deeper into our new found hobby.
Great place for hobbyist. Extremely friendly people work here. Will be coming back! Thanks again for everyone's help today. FPV camera is working great again! Range test in the A.M.!!!
Most well stocked store around & friendly staff. Always a community feeling with the regular customers & very patient with beginners! Always worth it to stop by & see what they have.
