Ian and Steve fitted our windows and removed and fitted new lintels. Both worked on the house over 4 freezing cold days. They were lovely and kept us informed as work progressed. Any slight issues or changes required were dealt with swiftly. They did a great clean up job when the work was finished too. Professional and friendly and observed COVID guidance for keeping us and themselves safe. Thank you

We wanted a patio door fitting where a window had been, for access to the deck area. West Yorkshire windows fitted it, quickly and efficiently. The whole process was good, from the initial site survey and quote to the finished article. The lads who fitted it were pleasant clean and tidy,.Everything was cleaned up(they even went round to our neighbours to wipe any brick dust off their window cills). All the rubbish taken away as well. We kept them supplied with tea and biscuits as well. Very very satisfied with the whole process and we have no problem with recommending them to anybody who wants new windows etc, Excellent firm in our eyes.
Excellent!! From start to finish WYW kept us informed of what was happening and answered any questions we had. We have had many compliments on the conservatory and our neighbours have even got a quote now. All the workers were polite and kept a tight ship, everywhere was kept clean. There were a few snagging problems (to be expected) but these were sorted promptly and again we were kept informed and they wouldn't stop until we were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend! Thank you!!
Mark and Alan came to assess our Bifold Doors which had not been opening and shutting easily They arrived promptly having phoned before to let us know eta. They followed Covid Secure procedures. Were able to diagnose the problem and rectified the problem. Our doors open smoothly. Excellent service. They were very polite and helpful giving us advice where needed. Would recommend.
I called in one Sunday to have a look at the showroom and was welcomed by the receptionist. She asked if I'd like to speak to one of the sales guys but I just said I was browsing and proceeded to have a look around. After seeing the quality of the products on offer I asked to speak to someone and was greeted by Colin, a very non-pushy member of their sales team. I arranged for Colin to come out later that week to give us a quote and we were very impressed with his product knowledge and his whole approach to the sales process. There was absolutely no pressure for us to sign anything on the day but we were happy with the quote we were given and felt confident that the work would be carried out to a good standard. We had the work carried out yesterday morning and are pleased to say we're extremely happy with the quality of both the products and the workmanship. The 2 windows and door we had fitted are of excellent quality and the fitters that came out were extremely efficient and tidy. The job was completed within 3 hours and they left the work areas immaculately tidy. Overall a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be using West Yorkshire Windows again when we decide to replace the remaining windows/doors of the property.
