If you’re looking for excellent service you’ve come to the right place. Susannah’s work is amazing!!! I was looking for someone to make aprons and cosmetic bags for my business, and although this may seem like an easy task, you have no idea how challenging it can be to find someone who can deliver exactly what you want. The work she’s done on my aprons and bags is truly outstanding! I’m a person that pays attention to detail, so I was really impressed with her stitching and the fact that she got all the aprons and bags to look identical, like they had been made by machine and not hand made. She's a professional and simply a delightful person to work with.
I cannot believe the first review for Susanna @ Zso Zso because I have nothing but praise for all the alterations I have had here. Everything, including my Mother of the Bride outfit, has been altered to a perfect fit. One bad review can affect a business so hopefully this, and more recent ones, will show that this is the place to go for a great alteration service. Thank you

Most frustrating experience with this completely unprofessional business. I spent over 1000 pounds having 7 dresses made. Working with Noemi who is great at smiling and saying \sorry\ but little else, we agreed to different dates the clothing would be ready. Over and over, Noemi would promise dresses would be ready and what would be done, I'd travel to pick them up and they weren't ready or the stitching was sloppy and unfinished. I asked repeatedly for the original dress I brought in to be returned. After the third time I was lied to about the finish date, I was encroaching on the day I would go abroad. I told them from the outset that I was leaving the country and needed the dresses by a certain date. Noemi told me she'd have it mailed to me by Monday and would send the tracking number. I contacted her Monday afternoon when I hadn't received either the dresses or the tracking number and she apologized saying how busy they were and people there were doing a lot of work. Not my problem. They never should have accepted my money and the time frame to do it if they couldn't deliver (and deliver quality that didn't have sloppy stitching). I finally demanded that they'd be ready or I would bring legal action (goods not received for money paid) against them and told them I would be standing in their lobby to get everything the next day. This finally worked but what an incredibly unpleasant and disappointing experience. I would never trust them with anything again and would caution anyone else from doing so.
