The 2 women who were running the online order pickup were clearly stressed and under pressure however one of them (I think her name was Helen) openly discussed with colleagues how out of order it was that they were having to deal with online orders that were clothing and other items as they work in a food Hall. This made me feel guilty for making my clothing purchase. We are in lockdown and unable to buy clothes in a non food hall M and S outlet. When I asked to speak to the manager (Rhea) they clearly didn't want to meet with me and tried to calm me off to any other staff member when the store door attendantcalled him. Having waited 15mins to speak with the manager I left. Will not be willing to shop there again and will not be using that place to collect online orders in the future. Such a shame. I always thought M and S had a high level of customer service. Today was very disappointing

Quality products diverse foods
Shame there is not an option for ‘no’ stars! On my recent shopping visits, I have attempted to navigate cages and boxes which block aisles, while staff stand around them chatting to each other. Staff do not socially distance, and do not appear to respect the fact that customers may want them to distance. The staff I have encountered working on the shop floor, I feel, are confrontational and rude. On numerous occasions I have felt that I am ‘in the way’ of staff whilst shopping in the store. I’m going to take my business elsewhere.
I always enjoys my food shopping here on my way home. Good selection of.plants - if only some of these were.available on line.
Plenty of space for shoppers. Clean and tidy. Good service and excellent selection of products.
