We have just bought a property through West Wales Properties and I can highly recommend them! Caroline was so wonderful and made sure our complicated move from England to beautiful West Wales, went ahead. Caroline was always at the end of the phone and pushed along solicitors or spoke to our seller, to make sure everything was happening as it should. After a couple of years with another estate agent and only 3 views, I decided to go with a local one. What a wise move! I met Martin at my property and he was so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very comfortable and reassured by his manner and his thorough assessment and advice. Within a few weeks of taking on my property Martin took a viewer to see my property. Within a few months there were 2 more viewings and the third viewer put in an offer which I accepted. All through the selling process I was regularly given updates. If Martin was busy with other clients Caroline was regularly advising me of progress on an almost daily basis. My property was sold, Contracts exchanged within 3 months and was sold for much more than the previoud estate agent suggested I should expect. In my opinion, a local estate agent, with offices where prospective buyers can see properties available and receive the human touch, far exceeds the service of an internet only agent, where properties are advertised in their hundreds online. West Wales Properties and in my case, Martin and Caroline are the way forward. They give a complete, honest and personal touch and I highly recommend this company whether buying or selling a property. Ten out of ten.
Sold my property with Martin and Caroline yesterday. Throughout the whole process found them to be very honest and professional, from the initial meeting to talk about marketing my property, to the final phone call to confirm completion. Martin gave me a realistic valuation of what I could actually achieve and we did indeed achieve a price very close to his valuation. We received a full marketing report every month to keep us fully informed of the interest shown in our property. Both Martin and Caroline were always available on the phone to answer any questions we had and both were very knowledgeable and clearly know their business. In summery I would certainly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell their property to make them their first point of call!
