Do the shots work? -yes! However, anything past that does not. The admin is non existent. They over charged me for months (cash pay is wayyyy cheaper than your co pay with insurance!!) I moved 4 months ago and have been calling them since Aug for my 145 refund from money left on my account. They screen their calls, don’t return calls, they told me they mailed it in Aug however now they won’t even answer when I call to follow up on where my refund is. Office manager doesn’t return calls, billing doesn’t return calls. I finally today have left a message for the Dr. himself to call me. Do your research, read the reviews and find another allergist.

My little one has been a patient since he was 2 he is 6 and we have had nothing but great experiences and they have definitely been so caring in so many ways through a lot with my little guy.

Had to ask the person administering shots today if she could wear gloves. Taking proper hygiene protocol is a must during a pandemic. Other staff member was wearing a crop top displaying her belly ring. The hygiene and staff experience today reminded me of a B Team. Maybe because it’s Friday. I’m a believer every days business should be 100%. Not today, at West Texas Allergy.

I was referred to this specialist by my child’s pcp. The experience was more than horrific! The nurses were not friendly and DID NOT explain the procedure beforehand or what the allergy testing consisted of. They just came in the room and started poking my daughter in the back with needles without any type of consultation or warning! My daughter and I were both absolutely devastated by their practices. Then they charged me 300 dollars for meds that they said “might” work. Needless to say we did not follow through with the meds and my daughter has NOT shown symptoms to even half the things they diagnosed her to be allergic to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
