Closes at 17:30 not 20:00 as per the times online, which is very annoying when trying to send a parcel! Previous experience of this branch is that one member of staff is lovely the other makes you feel bad for bothering her.

I checked opening times on the website last night, it showed 07:30am. Decided to travel early to post office this morning to collect my parcel. A lady at the other checkout informed PO is not due to open till 09:00am. Website times are wrong and should be updated to keep customers informed of opening times! Wasted my travelling time this morning, not happy!
Bad service in general! I went to that ASDA today for food shopping and by the way visited this post office after two weeks staying home, that lady who served me originally rejected to post parcels for me. She said that only essential items such as medicine are allowed to be sent! I told her this is no such rule like this on royal mail website. But she said that the government only allows people to make essential trips. And she started to give me the lecture about if people still go to the post office, we make their lives on risk. Even government lists post office service as essential!
Website shows opening hours but not all services are available within those times, so wasted my time travelling a fair distance for passport service. Very frustrating as all they need to do is update their online info to reflect availability of each service. Totally unacceptable in this day and age!
