Totally unsatisfied. They keep sending me letter about voting and threatening that they will give me fine if I do not register, while I can not vote as I do not have UK citizenship. But when it comes to parking, bin, etc there is no communication and no one to respond.

Happy to whack 70 fines on vehicles for parking illegally (no sign on street), but when you phone to ask where you CAN legally park at a residential address on that street they can't give an answer!??? DISGUSTING.
They may charge slightly higher rates, but the council provide reasonable services to its customers. And when I’ve requested some services from the council, they’ve been generally punctual and effective. Although the councils policies means that if someone can’t sell their home during a housing crisis, the council has the power to do a compulsory purchase, I wonder how much the owner would lose out with this. Moreover, it takes months for the council to respond to requests from the solicitors for property sales meaning that buyers keep dropping out
Appalling at delivering services. Worryingly when you speak to customer services they seem entirely resigned to not offering an appropriate service in an ‘it is what it is’ kind of way.
would give no stars as absolutely appalling service by Social Services regarding my grandson. Absolutely no help whatsoever, take sides and are biased in their reports. Don't check up on anything just side with one and take their word for it. Children left with a mother who has a police record of violence and who has proven to lie on police camera. Father of child not able to make any statements or listened to due to total sexism and disinterest from the lead social worker. Seems determined to cause parental alienation. Failure to keep paternal family informed.
