Found this fish and chip shop via Google on our way back from holiday. What an absolute gem! the service was fantastic, the fish was brilliantly cooked and the chips were very tasty too. Well done to all those reviews - you weren't wrong and I would endorse with a five-star review of my own. Isn't the internet brilliant for when you need it. Google maps took straight from the main road to the shop - no problems. If we are ever in the area again will definitely stop by - well done all!

Don't bother queuing up, as priority is given to online bookings, and they go to the front to get served despite the fact that I queued for more than 40 minutes just to get to the door. I had already been in the queue for more than 30 minutes when I witnessed one chap arrive, he spotted the length of the queue, he then got on his phone, ordered his fish and chips, and was served before I even got to the door along with several others that had ordered online too. Moral of this story is... order online, because they don't care how long you've stood outside watching people effectively queue jump.... most infuriating.

I make a polite complaint on my fish & chips because it just wasn't good , but my response were rude , aggressive & very poor , if lm willing to wait for my dinner & pay for it & it turns out terrible , Iater the male owber of owner of the shop ring me back to cook me another fish , to my delight it's the best cod I ever eat , , best fish & chips shop around . owopower
