Had a pleasant experience with Chad at RTM. I gave him a set of custom billet aluminum paddle shifters for a Porsche 911 and I requested for them to be anodized in a matte/satin black finish so that the machining marks from the CNC were still visible on the shifters themselves, giving it a "brushed black" look. The pieces came out absolutely perfect and I would not hesitate doing business with RTM again!

Zero stars if it were possible. Do not use this company. They'll take your parts, screw them up, then bill you without regard to whether they did what you asked or not. Sent POLISHED parts to be bright dipped anodized and received them back as satin bright dip. When we asked why they were not polished, the owner said he had to redo them and he doesn't polish so that's what we get.
Super friendly. Does a great job ahead of schedule. Same day anodizing absolutely amazing.
Paid for 61 diff pieces to be done and they came out awful. Owner said it was my fault because I never told him what type of alloy was it. I told the owner, no one from his company ever asked me what kind of alloy was it. Owner said it was my fault because I didnt tell him. I advised the owner of RTM that, he should ask ALL his clients what type of alloy are they bringing before even starting a job. Owner said to bring all the damaged pieces that he will re run them at my cost. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
This is the second experience I had with these guys. First of all, I run a business my self and know what its like to be on the other end of deals. When I called them the first time, they were very short and were talking to me like I was an idiot. So I went in to give them a second chance. When I go there it was the same felling and attitude like I was a dumb ass and didn't know anything. These guys don't want to work on anything that is hard or used. I don't know why you guys make people waste there time when you really don't do jobs like mine. I would never use these guys unless you fell like being insulted and treated like a fool. David Russell, Florida Anodizing and Quality Anodizing are just a few other company's I would look at before you use these jokers at RTM. On a side note the first time a few years ago when I wanted to use RTM, it was the same attitude and insulting behavior as this time. Obviously you don't care about customer service or making a good name for yourself. STAY AWAY FROM RTM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Professional service with a quick turnaround on some bright dip black. Parts are beautiful!
