This dealership has owned up to any expectations I placed so far. I came in today for a used 2019 Honda Accord and was assisted by Richard. His customer service was impeccable! Every question we had he answered with the most calming and reassuring energy. He did everything in his power to remain truthful in and about the salesman career, but also made sure we were satisfied with our choices with the information we were handed. He knows when to ask for help, and explained every piece of paper signed with maximum detail. If you plan on purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend coming here!

I can’t even begin to explain how poor my experience was at this dealership. I met with Chris Lynch. First of all his mask is off of his face, then he proceeded to curse approximately 10 times during our 15 minute conversation. Explain to me how a 13,000 car for example would be over 20,000 with his fees and taxes and how a deal wouldn’t be able to work with excellent credit. I currently own six vehicles and I’ve purchased from several Florida dealerships and never have had such a crass and sleazy conversation.

First time buying a vehicle! and the experience of searching and test driving the vehicle was awesome.I asked for a ride to get to the dealership (6870 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33411)and this guys had me driving my self back home. They help you right away as you walk in. I was there for couple of hours but the wait was worth it. I highly recommend Make sure to have insurance when you get there or if you don’t have any they will help you out with that. Ask for Claudia she is very helpful thank you so much.
