I have been trying to contact the office for 2 weeks now just to schedule an appointment for my daughter who was sent by her pediatrician. I’ve left 3 voicemails & have yet to get a phone call back. A simple call back is asking to much from this office!

Completely unprofessional office. Had a urgent appointment for my 3 y/o that has recurrent pain when going to the bathroom. Got to the so called boca location (wrong address on their automated system, so good luck finding the place) and no one was there. No one called to reschedule even though they claim they did. I had to call and spend 20 mins on hold for them to tell me that they need to reset and the next available is over a month away. So if your child is in pain and needs to see a professional, look for an office that actually cares.
Doctor Flack is a great doctor, he prformed surgery on my son, everything came out perfect. He genuinely cares about the patients.
Dr Flack is great. The surgery he did on my son was successful. He made my son (4 years old) feel comfortable and my son was smiling while headed to the OR. Very happy with Dr Flack and his staff.
Dr. Flack was AMAZING!! Such a good and caring Doctor and Evelyn the nurse was great !! I would definitely recommend them. Also the staff was so nice especially Shela!!
