Very good experience with West Midlands Electrical Superstore I ordered a range cooker, the whole process was very swift and easy and when I needed to get in contact for questions (availability and others) I always managed to speak to a member of staff and get an answer in few minutes. Everyone was quite friendly and provided all the info I needed and more. The cooker would have been delivered literally 2 days after but the kitchen wasn't ready, so had to ask for a delay. Again, no problem with that, and all delivery details were verified and agreed. The item arrived as expected, properly packaged and in good conditions, and works a charm, a great addition to my new kitchen. Definitely very happy with the experience and will use the shop again.

Really recommend this company. The website was easy to use and I was contacted to check the delivery address. The couriers rang to confirm the delivery time and were punctual. Ordered on Monday delivered on Thursday. Brilliant!

First time buyer from this company. Ordered a Sony TV online. Delivered within 2 business days. Great service from start to finish. I had been looking for this type of TV for a few weeks. Price was consistently the best on the market and stable whereas with other well know names, the price kept fluctuating like a yoyo every few days. Would recommend. Thanks for the great service.
