I don’t know what these people who have left negative reviews are going on about....I have been to this Post Office 3 times in the last month and each time, the staff were very friendly, cheerful and very helpful. People need to have a look at themselves before they criticise hard working individuals such as those who work there. And no, I do not work for the Post Office nor do I know anyone who works there, I just think these reviews needed some balance. It was a joy to visit this Post Office.

Worst service imaginable. I'd mislabeled a parcel as the wrong type of package and was told I would have to pay more, which I said was fine and got my money ready. Clearly that response wasn't expected - the server attempted to berate me for another minute over it, repeating the issue despite my willingness to resolve the problem. Ended up taking my stuff to Larkfield and had no issues sorting things out there. You might as well go to one of the many other post offices nearby where the staff are actually happy to help. I'd had issues here in the past but I can no longer be bothered dealing with staff who get a kick out of being unpleasant, especially in these difficult times.
Closing time is displayed as 1730 but that is not my experience. It was a closed a few minutes before the advertised closing time. Door locked but still serving someone inside. Had a brief chat through the glass of the door and the lady inside said that they were closed as it was 1730 which was a lie. Clearly had better things to do.
