Amazing architecture but the signage could use a lot of improvement. Announcements also will not mention any stops along a route. So if you bought tickets for Humen, they’ll only announce Guangzhou South the next station. No food or shopping options in the waiting area after you pass ticketing and immigration and not much before. Immigration for foreigners is often limited to 1 officer. I give it 5 stars for architecture and 3 for functionality and operations. Average to 4 stars as it’s a cheap and fast way to get into China

Amazing sweeping architecture both inside and out. Plenty of retail and food and beverage vendors. The vast cavernous space can be a little disorienting for a first time visitor. There is a viewing platform on the roof, offering southward vistas towards Hong Kong Island. A visual symbolism of connection between mainland China and Hong Kong.
Constructed with amazing architectural design, the Hong Kong West Kowloon Station is convent for changing to Airport Express, Tung Chung Line and the West Rail Line

The terminus of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong HSR, this is so huge consist of Mainland part and Hongkong Part... Very different standard compare with most station in mainland.. This station make a journey to mainland very easy and fast! Totally recommended for thus who want to travelling to mainland via Hongkong. Dont use traditional railway via Luohu its take so long, both you need to queue and then chasing for train…
Aesthetic hardware, modern software and customer-friendly. Might get confused if you have actually arrived in Hong Kong when you are still within the mainland port eg seeing all the simplified Chinese- character signages. As a first-timer here on Oct 15, 2018, I needed time to orientate myself!
