Receptionist was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Free validated parking. Appointments only, walk-ins accepted Saturdays.

Not a long wait. Helpful staff that made me feel comfortable. And they were playing a Golden Girls marathon! What more could you ask for?

The office is really clean and when I went about a month ago, it was completely empty (which is AMAZING!) for that reason I give this place 3-stars, however the staff (particularly one front desk lady) was VERY rude, had no social/communication skills and was upset to even help me because I didn't have an appointment. Considering the place was empty, I'd think they'd be happy to attend someone. Clearly some people don't like to work. They wish they'd get paid and just sit there. Overall, their customer service is poor. I think a good way to improve this place is by replacing the rude staff. Location is great and office is clean. If it weren't for the rude staff, I'd honestly make this my favorite location!

After a couple of bad experience with planned parenthood i ended up here! And I finally had a positive experience! They were on time for the appointment and the staff was so caring that i am never going to forget their faces!!
