I was so thrilled to discover this Colombian restaurant in West Haven. My friend and I were starving and in search of a hearty breakfast. Boy, did we get it! The plates at Jerri's are humongous. I wasn't able to finish my Colombian Omelette so I had the rest of it for breakfast the next day. The omelette contained avocados and sausage and was absolutely delicious. The sweet plantains were fried to perfection and were absolutely delicious. The bacon was crispy and done just how I like it. The waffle topped with bananas, ice cream and syrup was the perfect dessert. Our waitress was nice and was doing a great job considering she was serving an entire room of people. Jerri's is a small, intimate restaurant and the staff are very welcoming. We would definitely go back and recommend that you give it a try. They have both American and Colombian dishes for your enjoyment.
