Great service have used twice over last 3 years,very knowledgeable about vehicles they sell and goes that extra mile to make customer happy. Would definitely recommend an independent garage than larger multi dealer franchises.

I have bought many cars normally from main dealers. I had been looking for a new car for a while and noticed a car that caught my eye at West End Motor Company. I called the garage and made an appointment to see the car , the owner Tony was extremely knowledgeable and was more than happy to take the time to run through the specification of the car. We agreed on a deal and I collected the Car two days later- I don't normally take the time to write reviews but I was blown away with the service and extremely happy with my new Audi S3 - Thanks Tony I'll be back
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Extremely cheeky salesmanl who when trying to sell a car believes he can talk to his potential customer in such a disrespectful manner. When considering the way i was spoken to and prepared to pay in excess of 35 thousand pounds, the only reason i failed to purchase my dream car was due to the downright arrogance and demeaning behavior of the salesman. I was extremely offended and have now been put off buying full stop. In the end it was their loss. Who in their right mind talks to a potential customer in such a manner. The idea of good customer service was thrown out the window when talking to such a belittling, egotistical and big headed individual. Who on earth do they think they are. Please consider the way you are treated by this company before purchasing. No amount of compensation or apologetic behavior can undo the way i was spoken to.
Attention to detail is second to none, all the cars are presented immaculately and puts the main dealers to shame! Great customer care through out shows Tony really knows what he's doing.
