0 stars if I was able. The WORST car rental company. Steer clear, disrespect able staff, absolute cheaters. I have been meaning to leave a review but forgot to. Well before the pandemic I booked a Mercedes A class guaranteed. My transit flight was delayed in a country where I couldn't use a phone or internet to let them know - not that they even cared. When I arrived late, they said sorry you can't have a car, the booking is rendered invalid AND you can't get a refund. Can you believe that? They didn't offer me any car even after they took my money from my card. I was fuming but they didn't even care or see the mitigating circumstances. Not long later I saw a short documentary (I think on the BBC) about this particular branch. REAL footage of staff planning to rip people off and over selling insurance with false information, must watch and steer clear from these scammers.

It's good until they charge you 125 for the tiniest dent visible only to the trained eye. You get what you pay for. Don't rent here unless you have a good third party insurance cover. They reel you in with ridiculously low prices, then try and scare you into buying their expensive insurance to reduce your liability to nil. Their policy on tiny tiny dents leave a bitter taste in the mouth. You have been warned, rent with this company at your own risk.

Please be very careful. They will steal you 84 pounds in case you got a ticket. They don't tell you in person when you get the car and it is not even written in their online voucher or in the contact that you sign. It is only written: ... Fines, Penalties and Administration Charges It is the responsibility of each hirer to cover the cost of any parking fines and traffic violations including but not limited to unpaid tolls and Congestion Charges. When fines or traffic violations occur and a Green Motion location is involved in administering the violation, a management fee will be charged. This is a non-waiverable fee. Really awful, crafty cheaters because they omit such an important point. Other big companies charge you only 35 pounds for administrative fee in case you get a ticket.

Please be careful, If you ever get fined while using their car they will charge you an extra 84 in addition to your actual fine. They wouldn't tell you before you use the car and it is not mentioned in the voucher or even on their website. This is proper theft, and the fact that such an important policy is nowhere to be read proves their dishonesty. Any other rental company would charge from 10 to 15 maximum
