Absolutely appalling service. Waiting over an hour and a half once there after being told 20mins on the phone. No apology. Don't bother!
Ordered set meal for two but was charged for the change of one dish. Got food home and found the lid of one container had not been put on properly. Sauce everywhere, trousers, floor and car seat. Entered house and dripped greasy sauce all through the house. What a mess. Phoned shop and they sort of sniggered then silence. Just wanted to tell then to save it happening again but the attitude was dreadful. After a long silence I put the phone down. The food was just about OK but only just. Will never go back after being a customer for 25or more years
Been to this take away for 30 years when I lived there. Told wife shell never taste anything like it. The best in Swansea. My food tastes old and smelt. What a disappointment. It cant be the same owners anymore. Wont be revisiting. This place had such a good rating. Never again could cook better blindfolded. Bad bad bad
