We have been waiting over two weeks for approval for our daughter. Our older one was approved nearly immediately. Since then we have had 0 communication, they were supposed to call to go over the documents and never did. They were supposed to call to go over my daughters classes that was accepted and never did. Called repeatedly to K12 and to SCVCS and was on hold for over and hour. Never had messages returned. They finally sent me an email saying it’s ok to miss school just wait longer. I am not keeping my child from school. You’ve had two weeks, I can only imagine how bad it will be if there’s an issue after she’s accepted. I would not recommend them and I would recommend writing the SC Board of Education.

I am trying to get in contact with someone to release my transcript. No one is answering the phone! I sent out a virtual request also via parchment.
Mrs. Julie Phillips is an awesome teacher! She was always encouraging and patient with a huge smile and a laugh that said \I love teaching!\. She showed my daughter so many cool ways to remember things easily and she helped guide my daughter into bringing her reading level up 16 points! My daughter was actually SAD this year that school was over! Mrs. Phillips is 100% awesome sauce!
The middle school principal is rude and her attitude trickles down to many of her staff. The entire interface is confusing and assignments on different pages- and ALL the effort falls on the “learning coach”, NOT on the teacher. The teachers are more like facilitators and the parent ends up doing the majority of the actual work! The technical issues are out of control and the live classes only work about 60% of the time! The school uses the “virtual environment” as an excuse to lack basic classroom management skills. I had to file a state complaint against this school, and would recommend you choose ANYWHERE else.
I would like to thank all the teachers I've had throughout my time going to this school. They all helped me grow in my studies and also as a person. I would like to give a special shout-out to Mrs. Lowery. She was a very helpful teacher and gave us chances to get the best grades possible.
