This moon bounce / water slide rental co is completely rude, irresponsible, cursed at my 10 year of to \young lady put the f#%ing dog away\. Was late for drop off and pickup, the. When I wanted to know times - did not respond. Threatened to cancel upon arrival because I expressed frustration at their tardiness. Do not use this company. Oh and the setup fell apart so my husband had to fix it within an hour of setup. Which they had to use our ladder to Setup as they didn’t have their own. Wow.

They handled my rental perfectly! I've never rented anything from a place like this before. I didn't want to pay the delivery fee, so I picked up the cotton candy machine myself. They were so nice! They took the time to make sure I knew how to use it. They even made sure to give me contact information in case I ran into a problem during use. I didn't even have to clean it. When I brought it back, they were very nice again. WONDERFUL company. They will definitely get my business again next yea !
