Graham was a true honest gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. After bad experiences as I had a lot of previous issues with koi water garden in sutton previously who were just completely ripping me off with there work. I had issues with a couple of fish with soars on them, i contacted graham and he quoted me a fixed price there and then, and i was happy to proceed, Graham came out on a Saturday for me, arrived at the time arranged, and he treated the fish i had noticed with issues, he also treated another few extras while he was there as he noticed issues himself, and didn’t charge an extra penny, or was not clock watching either and happy to spend time to talk to me and show me things. Its nice for a honest company that is not just after your money and not ripping you off makes you realise there is still good company’s out there
