This place is awesome! I bought all the materials to build a shed earlier this year and they were incredibly helpful (and far cheaper than any competitors). I was back again this week for an emergency new floor and not only did I receive fantastic service once again along with light speed delivery but Heidi recognised me straight away. Small town, independent store quality service from a building supplier - cannot be beaten. Thank you Heidi, thank you Wests.

We went for advice and got knowledgeable, attentive, patient service from a most helpful chap Wr were recommended to go to West's and in turn we will recommend to others As s lay people who are fairly useless at DIY it was a great place to gather information
