Great service and friendly staff. Excellent customer service. Big Thank You to katrina and the store manager, both were very welcoming/reassuring given Covid restrictions. No problems with getting into store I just showed the security staff at the entrance my text message with my appointment details and they let me straight through for my appointment without having to queue for Tesco’s. Booked an eye test in these Convid19 times. The eye test was very professional and the service from the optician was excellent. When I came out the choosing of the frame and lenses was rushed especially with the add-ons. The assumption of that you were going to buy the glasses after the test was wrong and not a good experience. I nearly could have ended up spending 275. I am sorry to say it felt pressurised and a similar experience to buying time share. I decided to politely walk away. Don't let my review put you off from getting an eye test as the professionalism shown was exceptional to none.

Very slow service and no manners and messy tables, don’t get emptied at all. Cutlery was dirty also and my food wasn’t fresh it was microwaved as the bottom was stuck to the plate!! Needs a good scrubbing ..
Visited this store today for a loooong overdue eye test and had a wonderful experience. The optician Ash was so friendly and personable, putting me at my ease straight away. He volunteered a step by step explanation throughout each stage of the examination in a very clear and succinct way and answered my questions fully and in a manner that I understood - dispensing with all the technical jargon. His colleague Dale was also welcoming and a pleasure to speak to, offering advice that, in my opinion, was customer-centred rather than sales orientated. How refreshing!!! Guys where have you been hiding and why didn't I find you before now? I will definitely be back and will recommend this branch to friends and family. Well Done. It was an absolute pleasure
