I am the type of car purchaser that will want to look at everything; tyres, engine bay, windscreen, boot, spare tyre and tools, upholstery, wear on the pedals, log book and service history. Then take it for a really good test-drive, urban and, if possible, motorway. So, part with 10k sight unseen? None of that was possible in the current lockdown situation. However, once I identified the car I wanted from a web search it was easy. No fuss. No stress. No hard sell. No organic bovine fertiliser. All done over the phone and PC. I was sent an up-to-date video showing interior and exterior. All paperwork done remotely (I live 80 miles away) and car delivered to me on the day and time agreed with 14 days in which to change my mind (subject to very reasonable conditions). The upshot being that I am very happy with the car and with the service provided. I'd recommend Bristol Street Motors of Wolverhampton with no reservations.

We ordered our car, and Sean kept us up-to-date whilst we were waiting for it to be built and arrive. None of the pushy or slimy tactics I've had from previous salesmen with previous cars. Bristol Street Motors Ford West Bromwich, I have just had my car serviced by these guys and the service was excellent they sent me an email and a text message with links to a video of stephen the technician showing me around the car and pointing out various parts that may or may not need attention,This i think is a great idea and gives the customer a little insight as to whats going on, My Service Advisor simon went the extra mile and made me feel at ease he also offered advice on places to go in the area whilst the work was being done (there is a waiting room but i wanted a walk) so 5 star's it is. d:o)
