This is now the second time that I am having a massage treatment for pain in my shoulder and lower back, the 1st time was with Kamesh, a talented young men who helped releasing sore muscles in my shoulders. Today was with Fred, a very experienced gentleman, he gave me advices as well as a wonderful massage, I am so relaxed and will definitely come back. I went in today and had the bone manipulation done and the 30 min back massage. It was amazing and I'm already thinking of booking in another session for next week. The Dr was very polite and helpful and asked about all my pains and injuries and addressed all the issues. I genuinely feel like my body is less stiff now. In regards to the building I liked it and it was nice and warm. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
I attended today using a Groupon voucher. The experience was very positive! I had bone manipulation and massage which were both very good. The massage was deep and just what was needed! Staff friendly and pleasant, overall great service, I’ve already recommended others because the treatment was so good! The only let down is the building, however the service overall outweighs this :)

I visited Ayur wellness and pain centre today in West Bromwich and can honestly say it was the best experience ever, I would highly recommend them. I went in with a very painful shoulder having pulled a muscle, I left pain free and feeling fantastic, I will 100% be returning for other treatments and be telling all my family & friends. Very friendly & helpful staff. Money well spent.
