Terrible follow up - No call back for 5 days, I call them for info - no call back for another 2 days. 7 days total, no work done on a simple task that was scheduled in advance. Absolutely deplorable service - will not go back.

Very poor service, not even know how to doing basic oil change. Don't come. Unless you have nothing to do
Made a deposit to hold a car, which I had cancelled the same day for 2000! Thats what I was told the minimum was , it has been two weeks and still have not been refunded my money to my account. Have tried contacting them to be told, forms for a redund will be turned in again. Unacceptable.
