Amazing service. Phone was answered immediately by a wonderful lady who arranged for an inspector. He arrived promptly and fixed the problem short term, then arranged for a team to come and permanently fix. Thank you Wessex Water.

I contacted Wessex Water and spoke to a very nice young lady called Roxanne.. as I owe quite a lot of money on two properties and am now trying to sort my debts out. I would like to say that Roxanne was very helpful and I wish more customer support people were just like her as she made me feel completely at ease with my situation.

Got told I paid my bill this YEAR always pay yearly in installments then they tell me its every 6 months and sent me a bill for 150 pound my bills are meant to be capped at 30 pound but they are telling me I have to pay 37 pound a month for 2 years none makes sence....
