Terrible experience, their car wash would not process my card because of a network error. I tried cash and it ate my quarters and would not give them back. It was a bad experience, one that I will never repeat. Don’t use the car wash either, the car in front of me didn’t even come out clean. Why can’t these places at least try to maintain their equipment?

Trying to get diesel, they charged my account 5 times for over 570 dollars. The cashier somehow put in 175.00, 175.00, 75.00, 75.00 and 74.00. So my bank froze my account for fraud. I spent an hour at the gas station trying to fix this huge mistake.circkle K customer service number unavailable due to technical issues. I hope we have it fixed, but won't won't know for a few days. I still bought gas there due to on empty, but otherwise i would have gone elsewhere. Julie did call the manager at my request but manager just gave us the circle k number which didn't work. We travel and use circle K often. Very unsatisfied with service, perhaps some training needed. I will update this if it is still not fixed.

Bad experience . So when I get a fountain drink I usually take a little sip to make sure it’s not flat . As I attempted to do so , the cashier literally yelled at me not to do that in front of everybody I felt so humiliated . I stop there at least 5 times a day as I work outdoors in the heat and never been treated like that in my life . I believed the cashier name was Kayla . I’m not one to complain but that made me very uncomfortable and probably won’t return anytime soon
